Wildcat Van Lines is a U-load interstate moving company. Our customers have the option to load and unload themselves, or allow us to help them coordinate labor services through highly-rated third-party moving companies. These are local companies with excellent online reputations that genuinely care about doing a great job.
No. We provide customers with an upfront, fixed price for their shipment based on mileage traveled. Our customers don’t have to worry about the price of their shipment increasing based on a “reweigh”.
We specialize in dedicated trucking, which means it’s only your belongings on our truck or trailer! This allows our customers to pick their load and unload dates. We can deliver to anywhere in the continguous United States in 1-5 days. Same-day delivery is also available for certain moves.
Yes. If you have an undetermined delivery date we can hold your goods on our truck or trailer at a secure terminal. There is a nightly storage fee per truck or trailer. Once you’re ready to receive your shipment we’ll deliver it ASAP.
A Wildcat Van Lines DOT-certified driver will safely drive the truck containing your goods. Our 53′ dry van trailers are driven by CDL drivers who have completed requisite training courses.
Wildcat Van Lines maintains a $80,000 catastrophic insurance policy. While your goods are in transit they’re covered at $0.10/lb/article for carrier negligence. Additional damage coverage can be purchased prior to rendering transit services. If third-party moving companies are hired to load and unload please consult with the respective company to learn more about their damage coverage policy.
Yes, we are. There are companies that do interstate moving and they are not covered and licensed to do interstate moves. If you are trying to figure this out, you can simply go to SAFER Web – Company Snapshot (DOT.gov) website. Put the company’s name, DOT number or MC in the search window and the credentials of each company will populate. Things to stay away from would be brokers (as they are not the actual company that does the move) or companies that are only licensed to do intrastate moves (this means they are licensed only for in state moves and are not covered for out of state moves).
